About the 27th District
The 27th House District includes central and northeastern Chesterfield County. It is the only legislative district that sits entirely within Chesterfield.
The 27th district includes many notable landmarks such as Meadowbrook and Bird High Schools, Manchester Middle School, Jacob’s Rd elementary, Southside Speedway, The County Courts Building and the Chesterfield Airport. Among the many neighborhoods includes Hampton Park, Meadowbrook, Deer Run, Bexley, Ashly Grove, Five Forks, Pennwood, Falling Creek Farms, Surrywood and many, many others.
